--> Katherine received her Masters of Education in Counselling Psychology from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. She also received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing. She is a Registered Clinical Counsellor(#2895) through the B.C. Association of Clinical Counsellors.
She is currently a counsellor in private practice in the West Side of Vancouver and she works as a counsellor at Burnaby Hospital Addictions Centre. She was previously employed as a counsellor at Cameray Centre in New Westminster.
Katherine counselled at UBC Counselling Services in Vancouver and continues to enjoy working with university students from all universities and colleges in Vancouver.
Katherine is experienced in counselling clients from diverse ethnic and racial backgrounds. She has experience with a wide variety of issues. Counselling topics include: anxiety counselling, panic disorder counselling, depression counselling, childhood abuse, relationship counselling, spiritual & philosophical counselling, addiction counselling and many others.
Katherine also a background working in a shelter for battered women with children who witness abuse.
