Counselling and Therapy in Vancouver BC A little about my thinking... We become limited in our functioning when we lose touch with various parts of ourselves. When we stay stuck in habitual ways of thinking, feeling, behaving and relating, therapy helps us gain new awareness. Using an holistic, experiential approach, I create a safe environment where people can contact parts of themselves they may have lost or forgotten. As people reclaim lost parts of the self and learn skills for practicing this awareness, they often find they become more authentic, more vital and creative, more self-accepting and self-confident, better able to cope, more able to feel a range of feelings, and often, they find new meaning and significance in their lives.
